Book a 1:1 Consultation tailored to your needs and skin goals.

Before: A Health & Wellbeing form and a Skin Goals consultation form will be sent to you prior to the consultation. This is where you can highlight your skin goals and needs prior to the session.

During: This is when we discuss your face, your facial habits and your skin goals. I then best advise you on what facial techniques and exercises to focus on depending on your needs. I will use a blend of techniques from Face Yoga, Facial massage and Gua Sha. If you would like me to solely focus on just one of these modalities (eg Gua Sha) then I will create you a bespoke Gua Sha routine to best support your skin goals.
Please let me know your preference upon booking.

After: An online document with your techniques and images will be sent to you after the consultation so you can refer back as and when you may need, leaving you with no need to take notes during the consultation. Just relax and enjoy!

What do you need? Clean face and hands, a facial serum and facial oil, a Gua Sha & a mirror.

Cancellation policy
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will only be refunded 50% of the consultation fee.
